Our client is looking for individuals to participate in a Contact Centre Learnership.
- Qualification: Contact Centre NQF 2
- Potential Start Date: TBC
- Location: Durban (Cornubia/Hippo Park)
- Stipend: R7 500
Position Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12/National Senior Certificate)
- Must have at least 6 months Customer Service experience at a Call Centre
- MS Office proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong and effective communication skills - verbal and written
