Responsible for initiating, building and managing relationships with prospective students through every stage of the recruitment process (Lead, Appointments, Applications and Registrations) and report on individual sales activities per set targets.To achieve appointment, application and registration targets and implement campus sales and marketing initiatives and plans aimed at attracting students to apply for full-time and part-time undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications.Achieving monthly / annual individual appointment and application targetsPlanning, scheduling and attending visits to allocated schools and universities for expos, career fairs, presentations, workshops, graduate recruitment programmes (GRP).Representing the college at open days, expos, career fairs, presentations, workshops, graduate recruitment programmes (GRP) and other campus-based events favourably to generate interest in full-time / part-time qualifications and quality leads.Initiating appropriate sales drives and promotional activities to generate leads / enquiries and to convert enquiries into applications.Attending to all leads and enquiries within an hour (during normal business hours, on weekdays).Continuous monitoring and assistance of all queries (website, email, telephonic, WhatsApp) with the intent to convert into applications.Maintaining adherence to quality standards and guidelines to ensure the best customer service for both brands, at all times.Achieving monthly / annual individual registration targets.Establishing and fostering productive relationships with teachers, principals and other relevant partners.Building and managing relationships with current students (rollover), prospective students (new) and their parents at all relevant touchpoints during the application process to the standards agreed.Attending to queries from students / parents timeously to ensure a positive service experience for prospective students.Conducting appointments with prospective students to gain insights into their needs and provide feedback on the appropriate college qualification that suits their needs.Keeping regular records of interaction/ engagement with prospective students (telephone conversations / appointments / email enquiries / open days / events).Keeping updated records of interactions/ engagement with prospective students (telephone conversations / appointments /email enquiries / open days / events).Keeping accurate record of the conversions from application to registration using the registration report and other software.Capturing data in respect of appointments, applications and registrations timeously and accurately.Receive, evaluate, process and report on applications and registrations from prospective students.Providing applicants with regular feedback on their application status and implement regular sales and marketing initiatives to convert applications into registrations.Capturing data in respect of student leads, appointments, applications and registrations timeously and accurately.Completing workflow to ensure that automated communication triggers are maintainedCreation of student file containing the student’s relevant application documents (Student ID, latest results, application form, POP).Capturing and reporting of all appointments into STASY and to MS Teams folder.Processing of applications ensuring accurate capturing of all student information.Request application confirmation letters.Prepare sales figures and statistics as requiredFollow up on payments for applications, pre-registrations, and registrations.Request study visa letters / conditional registration letters where applicable timeously. Minimum: Post Matric Qualification. Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Diploma viz IMMIdeal would be an undergraduate degree in sales/marketing/communicationDriver’s license is compulsoryMicrosoft Office incl Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Internet /MS OutlookExperience in working on a Customer Relationship Management softwareExperience in Tertiary Education environment See Description See Description Apply Now
