Content Development Determine the learning objectives, outcomes and course curriculum the training documentation must service. Drive the implementation of training interventions to fulfill the associate development initiatives as required to meet Client's strategic objectives. Design method of delivery covering visual aids, training plans, blended learning and assessments. Meet with internal stakeholders to discuss and get agreement on information required. Update and maintain current training documentation i.e. visual aids, training plans and assessments based on process changes. Measures training effectiveness by creating assessments to determine participant reaction, knowledge, and behavior, as well business impact Implementing assessments; reviewing and interpreting participant feedback and assessment results. Understanding gaps in content and learning material, and recommending and implementing adjustments to training content. Providing feedback for process improvements and program enhancements. Make recommendations and implement solutions to improve learning and development in the organization. Manage client relationship . Continual engagements via email and meeting interactions to keep stakeholders updated on learner progress. Ensure high standard application by evaluating the quality of training material in the business. Audit the learning and development training completed against the skills matrix and training targets by performing performance consulting audits in stores. Managing content development Lead projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key stakeholders, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation Identify learning objectives; assess learners, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver instruction, including consulting with program owners and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and learning objectives Manage the development of instructional materials (tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, audio and video content (including scripts), story boards, navigational text, assessment tests, etc.) which transform technical information into professionally written, engaging instruction Manage the design of the overall learning experience presented to the learner Direct and guide learning design for internal and/or external subject matter experts enlisted to produce and publish content Be the voice of the learner, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our content efforts and help our team iterate and improve on our content offerings Develop learning content Build and develop course structure and course storyboards. Develop learning activities and resources to assist the learner during these modules. Develop eLearning modules which includes Simulations, Demos, Practice, Test and Concurrent Help. Create interactive multimedia like video clips - webcasts; or audio clips - podcasts when required Reporting Update and track development against project deadlines. Report weekly and/or monthly on project deadlines. Provide feedback to the business on usage and uptake of particular Learning modules. Maintain an accurate administration process by ensuring all training material is filed and recorded as per the set standard. Resolve queries relating to training & training material effectively. Perform assessment and moderation of relevant programs. Qualifications 5 years in course design and development within a significant entity Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field an advantage Certificate in Curriculum Design and Development Certified Assessor and moderator Successful record of building effective learning experiences in the form of websites, just in time solutions, infographics, and video considering adult learning principles Experience designing training materials and content including instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge assessments and other training materials is a plus LMS implementation and administration skills are advantageous Additional Information Inspirational Leadership Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities Skills in managing people, projects and resources Strategic thinking Problem solving & decision making skills A self-starting attitude and an open outlook Resilience under pressure and against deadlines An understanding of how creative roles complement other departments, such as finance and data management Apply Now
