We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Training Content Developer with experience in warehouse management and/or financial management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a proven track record of developing engaging and effective training content in these areas. As a Training Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training materials for our warehouse and financial management teams. 2 months contract Responsibilities: Develop engaging and effective training content for warehouse management and/or financial management, including presentations, e-learning modules, and training manuals. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy. Use instructional design principles to create content that is engaging and interactive. Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and simulations, to enhance learning. Ensure that training content is aligned with company objectives and meets the needs of the target audience. Test and review training content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Update and revise training content as needed based on feedback and evaluation. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in warehouse and financial management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, warehouse management, financial management, or a related field. 3- 5 years proven experience in developing training content for warehouse management and/or financial management. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate. Experience with multimedia development tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Degree degree in instructional design, warehouse management, financial management, or a related field. Experience with learning management systems (LMS). Experience with virtual classroom platforms, such as Zoom or Adobe Connect. Experience in a warehouse or financial management environment. Apply Now
