Reference: DBN002485-TK-1 This is an opportunity for a driven strategic thinker and wordsmith with an eye for great creative and a knack for details to join a creative team of graphic designers, writers and shoot coordinators and play an instrumental role in delivering world class creative content for clients. As a responsible team player with exceptional conceptual abilities and an ability to write compelling copy, you’ll work alongside a creative team in your day-to-day delivery of brand campaigns and content, while reporting into the Key Content Strategist and Creative Director to ensure all concepts are on brand and meeting client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the day to day ongoing brand content creation; write copy and work with graphic designers to ensure content is aligned to seasonal/monthly creative direction and client briefs. Work with Creative Director and Senior Designer/Art Director to ensure industry best practise is upheld and all creative output is of a world-class standard and on-brand. Work with the senior graphic designer and creative director to develop monthly creative / campaign concepts, applying strategic insights to the brief in context of the brand and marketing objectives. Deliver strong written content across all platforms (digital, print, video). Present all monthly creative concepts (key campaigns, art direction and content ideas) to clients in a compelling way, ensuring all strategic touchpoints are articulated in line with the client brief, and being able to explain rationale clearly. Develop shoot plans with designer aligned to signed off concepts, and check all product and content briefed in is considered, included, accurate and correct in shoot planning stage. Brief internal team in-person where necessary, ensure clarity and that they’re informed of the strategic imperatives to create content. Review all creative (print and digital) and ensure Creative Director is aligned. Work with designers and junior writers and the account management team to get all work out of the studio within deadlines. Requirements: 5-7 years’ experience in a similar capacity. Exceptional conceptual abilities and strong writing ability. Outstanding communication and people skills. Confident to present creative work to client. Previous retail experience highly advantageous. Highly responsible and accountable. Calm and mature temperament. Meticulous attention to detail. Strong multi-tasking abilities and high levels of organisation. Must be proficient with social media platforms. Good knowledge of ATL, BTL and TTL marketing.
