STADIO is a comprehensive private higher education institution, consisting of the following academic schools:Administration and managementArchitecture and spatial designArts and humanitiesCommerceEducationFashionInformation technologyLawMedia and designPolicing and law enforcementSTADIO (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of a contract lecturer: language conversational sign languageResponsibilities:Lecture and assess students studying via contact learning in language conversational sign language (LCSL400)Two lecture periods x 10 lecture weeksUse a learning management system independently and/or work collaboratively to deliver modules.Compile teaching, learning, and assessment materials.Provide academic support to students via email, and on the learning management system.Assist the module coordinator to complete all quality assurance requirements relating to the module (s).Ensure prompt and effective communication with students, colleagues, line managers, and other members of management.Ensure administrative efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with all policies and SOPs.Participate in and attend meetings and workshops.Fulfil all reasonably expected administrative functions relating to the position and as requested by the relevant line manager.Minimum requirements:Minimum of diploma in sign language or equivalent.
