Rheinmetall South Africa WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Contract Manager is responsible to manage the execution of Customer Contracts at RDM Boskop Site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and coordinate all aspects related to the Artillery Charges Contracts; Manage all aspect of a sales order in the SAP environment; Manage designated contracts with regards to schedule, scope and risks; Generate and maintain a delivery schedule with inputs from all stakeholders; Keeping project stakeholders informed on progress and aligned throughout the course of the project by providing timely communication to stakeholders; Driving decision-making to ensure the contract moves forward; Monitoring and ensuring adherence to legal requirements, policies, procedures and other RDM standards to ensure safe project execution; Provide Marketing and Production support; Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers; Effective and continuous communication WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree) qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least of 5 years' experience in the management of contracts. Experience in defense orientated products and projects would be advantageous. Proficiency in the MS Office applications. Proficiency in SAP. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and conflict management skills. Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills. Experience in line management functions required. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Highly organized and self-motivated.
