Contracts Administrator - Shallcross

The successful candidate must have the following basic requirements: • Diploma or relevant certification in business administration, logistics, or a related field • Minimum of two years' experience in contract administration • Mining industry experience is preferred and will be an ad-vantage • Experience with relevant software: SAP; MS suite and data-base management • Medical certificate of fitness Assisting the Contract Buyer on site with administration related to the management of contracts • Maintaining contractual documentation to ensure an audit trail and keep procurement contracts files up to date • Interface with other procurements team members to resolve contract administration related queries • Assisting end users in linking their purchase requisitions to contracts in SAP • Responding to End User questions and resolve queries relating to the administration of contracts • Explaining NPH procurement policies and procedures relating to contract life-cycle administration to End Users Apply Now
