CONTRACTS CO-ORDINATOR (POS24057) R 18 000 to R 20 000 per month Northcliffe, Randburg Requirement Matric Computer Literate Operations: Including site planning for teams, Site planning for teams, Ordering of stock for teams Administration, including answering calls, correspondence, invoicing etc Submitting month end information for salaries: including absenteeism, and any other relevant information Responsibilities Ensuring team targets are met every month per team Receiving orders and updating monthly job list and giving feedback to MD regarding contracts and tenders awarded Keeping track of teams daily visits to sites and their progress per site. Manage changes to the project scope schedule and project costs where necessary Detailed cost monitoring and tracking of each job Liaising with clients and contracts department regarding progress on sites. Ensure that deliverables fall within Scope and contract value. Oversee all aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of projects Dealing with queries/complaints from clients and troubleshooting Co-ordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope Preparing invoices for jobs in progress and completed jobs Preparing handover documents upon completion of projects as well and maintain comprehensive project documentation Establish and maintain relationships with clients Courtesy calls to clients regarding progress on various projects Follow up on Reports submitted to the estimating department Costing of projects, fleet management Any other administrative tasks given Closing Date: 30 April 2024
