Relevant bachelor's degree (NQF level 7) 5 years of contract management experience at senior level or combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience working on different types of contracts. Industry experience preferred. Experience with relevant software: SAP; MS suite and database management. Managing complex cross functional & inter-business relationships. Change Management experience. Understanding the supplier market. Contracts Management - Contract management stream enablement, capability & capacity management & leadership (staff, structure, process & technology). - Ensure successful rollout and implementation of contracts, whilst gathering functional learnings to ensure continuous improvement in capability. Contract Coverage Optimization - Liaises with procurement managers and end-users to identify opportunities to increase contract coverage. - Conducts analysis of commodities procured by the business that are not covered by contract and provide recommendations for contracting items to the category management team. - Ensures that contracts are always maintained and available in the repository. Contract Compliance Management - Follows the Delegation of Authority (DoA) for contract approvals and ensures adherence to this framework is maintained across all operations. Supplier Performance Management - Address contractual and performance issues in Supplier Performance Management and recommend appropriate actions. - Give guidance and facilitate training for the team regarding their role in Supplier Performance Management.
