- Minimum 4 years' experience in a Contracts Manager capacity, preferably within Construction Industry
- Must have experience in Construction | Commercial Projects
- Experience with subcontractor and supplier management
- Excellent project planning and programming capabilities
- Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management or Building Science
- Must be registered as a candidate with SACPCMP or ECSA
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Salary Package negotiable based on experience
