They are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant CCTV Control Room Operator to join their dynamic team. Position Overview: As a CCTV Control Room Operator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the surveillance systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the security and safety of their clients' premises by proactively monitoring and responding to incidents in real-time. Key Responsibilities: Monitor multiple CCTV feeds to detect and assess security threats Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms and incidents Coordinate with on-site security personnel and emergency services when necessary Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken Conduct routine checks on equipment functionality Report any technical issues promptly for resolution Adhere to established security protocols and procedures Qualifications: Registered with PRISA Ability to remain calm under pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
