Our client is a leader in the Property/Real estate industry who is looking for a talented and dynamic Conveyancing and Franchisee Admin Assistant to join their growing and developing team. Duties/Responsibilities (not limited to): REPORTING CONVEYANCING: Report and follow up on all transfers expected and overdue transfers. Conveyancing reporting and administration Communicate with FM and franchisees regarding cancelled sales Engage with attorneys on the status of deals Bond commission reporting Weekly and monthly updates to be circulated to relevant parties ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATION: Bank account reconciliation daily Credit card reconciliations monthly Petty Cash management Invoicing of Nedbank commission and incentives Circulate monthly Debtors reports FRANCHISEE SUPPORT: Establish relationships with franchisees and assist with driving the franchisee support programmed Obtain financial information when needed and suggest remedial measures for non-performing franchises Ensure refinanced arrangements are adhered to and reported back to management Manage franchisee queries regarding their accounts Requirements: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification - Advantageous 3 years experience in a similar role Conveyancing Experience Bookkeeping/Accounting Background/Experience - Debtors, Invoices, Petty Cash, Reconciliations Property experience - Advantageous
