A company in Durbanville is looking to employ and conveyancing administrator Assisting with post completions registrations for the Real Estate Finance Dept. Working with others to collaborate and cross checks work for final approval before submission. Drafting and submitting Land Registry applications withing priority periods whilst maintain updating internal spreadsheet when applications are submitted. Registering equitable charges using AN1/UN1 Documents. Registering restrictions using RX1 Document. Understanding and processing the applications for ltd companies and individuals including lenders and mortgagees. Calculating, drafting, and submitting SDLT returns Carrying out Land Registry searches Dealing with requisitions in a timely manner raised by the Land Registry – liaising with other parties in respect of issues raised by the Land Registry, including diarising to make sure no requisitions lapse and or get cancelled, with appropriate extensions obtained when required. Obtaining expedition of existing applications by submitting said request through the Land Registry Portal. Preference for knowledge with using InfoTrack when lodging applications to the Land Registry, Dealing with pre-submission and registration queries Ensuring lenders are updated on the progress of pending applications.
