- Assist with the preparation and processing of Eskom bond conveyancing documentation.
- Liaise with clients, attorneys, and financial institutions to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and deadlines for the conveyancing team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bond transactions and correspondence.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents as required.
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Provide general administrative support to the bond conveyancing team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes as needed.
