TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice What We'll Bring: This office-based role will oversee and support the Enablement, Onboarding, and EUC 2nd line Support teams in their daily operations. You’ll need to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, with occasionally conflicting priorities. What You'll Bring: The incumbent to this position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations for the GCC SA. Engage with internal TU departments to ensure the successful onboarding for these Associates. Onboarding and Policy documents for all Associates to be collated and submitted timeously to IT Administrator. Maintain relationships with all TU departments/divisions. Bi/Weekly Ops sessions with Stakeholders. Identify strong performers in the team & advise management for growth and succession. Ensure all Associates have received their kits & attended the IT induction session. (Register) Manage/Track Assets/stock to ensure availability for new intakes & replacements. Ensure duties/tasks for the IT Team in line with company requirements are being met. Equipment requisitions (RFQ) from Vendors are discussed with management for upload on Coupa timeously. Arrange backfill for staff that are on PTO/Away. Ensure weekly check-ins are in place with IT teams to ensure they are tracking well against deadlines/deliverables. Manage shifts & standby roster. 1st Escalation point for IT Team issues – management to be kept apprised. Impact You'll Make: Proven work experience not less than 3 years in a supervisory role - 5 years’ experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role A, N, MCSA, Basic Cloud Certification/s Quick study for on-the-job learning/training Support 3rd Party solutions & apps (viz, Avaya, Buster, Horizon, VMWare) Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Customer-oriented attitude Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions. Experience with remote support applications and techniques (e.g., VPN, RDP, MFA, RCV) Excellent understanding of Windows Event logs and how to identify problems. Proficient in Ticket management and helpdesk functionality (Remedy) Proficient in Asset/Device Management & tracking Experience in the use of project management tools and methodologies. Ability to manage concurrent projects to plan. Experience leading teams/projects. Demonstrated ability to execute and perform timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to instill quality in every aspect of the job function. Create, Update & Maintain Knowledge base of commonly recurring issues/solutions. Approachable as the escalation point & senior support. May assist with the interviewing process as in line with the Associate headcount ramp up plan. It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa and will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa. A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.
