MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Relevant Bachelors degree
- Three (3) years work experience in the Higher Education Sector as an Administrator or Coordinator.
- Excellent knowledge of ITS, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
ADDED ADVANTAGES - Bachelors in Law or Administration
- Project Management, budgeting, finance, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation skills.
- Advanced ICT end-user skills.
KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES - Coordinate the effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of programme goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of specific targets and benchmarks.
- Innovate and lead the formulation of plans and strategies that respond to the developmental needs of students.
- Effectively manage the ECP budget.
- Consistently provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the Deputy Dean and Dean of the Faculty of Law in a manner that seeks to respond to the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Faculty of Law.
- Promote the professional development of staff to guarantee the provision of support to students enrolled for the LLB Extended Programme.
- Make clear, accurate and lucid weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and related targets.
- Organize regular meetings, seminars, and workshops for academic, support and student development.
