We are seeking a seasoned Senior Core Network Engineer/Specialist with a passion for cutting-edge technology and a proven track record of success in both startup and international environments. Design and architect the core network infrastructure for 5G deployments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Plan and optimize the core network infrastructure for 5G deployments, ensuring efficient resource utilization and optimal network performance. Conduct network capacity planning including dimensioning of network elements and allocation of resources to meet traffic demands and service requirements. Lead the implementation and configuration of network elements including the core network, SDN controllers, NFV platforms, and network slicing frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements, develop solutions, and integrate new technologies into the network architecture. Conduct performance analysis and optimization to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality of service (QoS) targets. Develop and maintain network documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and operational procedures. Participate in network testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth rollout of new network features and services. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, assisting with troubleshooting complex network issues and implementing best practices. Stay current with industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies related to 5G networking, contributing to the continuous improvement of network infrastructure and operations. Oversee the development and deployment of network elements such as the core network, SDN, NFV, and network slicing. Ensure the efficient and secure operation of the network while meeting performance requirements. Stay updated with emerging technologies and standards in the telecommunications industry. Troubleshoot network issues and optimize network performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or related field. Experience working with core network technologies and protocols. Proficiency in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of SDN, NFV, and network slicing concepts. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in network technologies. Experience with network automation and scripting languages.
