Looking for a passionate individual to join our finance team. Auditing recipe costings across the Company's units ensuring updated. Daily reporting on actual versus theoretical food cost per unit across the Company. Ensure costs are allocated to the correct cost-centres monthly. Reporting on the food input cost basket per revenue stream, per unit. Detailed reporting on per revenue stream, per unit. Participate in the implementation of reporting systems/tools to enhance and automate sales and cost reporting across all Catering units. Monthly reporting on food costs and comparison against theoretical margins supported with detailed commentary. Monthly reporting on sales mix per unit with detailed commentary. Matric 3- 5 years' prior experience CIMA or Bcomm Cost Accounting Previous experience in hospitality or a catering environment would be beneficial CTC - R 50 000.
