- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and methodologies (e.g., standard costing, activity-based costing).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
