Cost and Management Accountant - - South Africa

Reporting directly to the owner, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with their finance team, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to their continued success.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelors degree in accounting (BCom, CMA).
2-4 years of experience in a Cost and Management Accounting environment. (E-Commerce experience is highly desirable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience in spares inventory control.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do:

Prepare monthly financial reports, including cost reports, income statements, and balance sheets.
Assist in the preparation of monthly Spares & product order worksheets.
Support the Finance Manager with key account reconciliations.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient inventory counts.
Manage their asset register with precision.
Collaborate in the preparation of operational sales and cost budgets on an annual basis.
Conduct regular variance analysis to ensure optimal cost management.
Provide insightful procurement and sales reports to inform strategic decisions.
