As the Cost Controller you will be responsible for the below:

Oversee cost-effective allocation and utilization of company resources.
Manage costs effectively across all departments.
Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on financial matters and processes.
Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
Handle processing and approval of non-project purchase orders and invoices.
Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and invoice approvals.
Ensure accurate allocation of all expenses and verify banking details on invoices.
Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with regional counterparts to resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
Perform creditor reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare weekly and monthly payment packages, including CSV preparation.
Assist branch managers in tracking purchase orders, invoices, and providing necessary information.
Manage regional sundry suppliers' payments monthly.
Maintain strict control over costs and regional ad-hoc expenditures.
Submit all payments with reconciliations to supplier statements, adhering to company procedures.
Maintain professional communication with internal and external clients.
Provide exceptional client service and foster positive relationships.
Collaborate with corporate contacts to build and strengthen partnerships.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Diploma in Accounting and related field.
3+ years experience in a similar role in finance.
