Our client in the Oil and gas industry is looking for a counter attendant to join their dynamic team. Job title: Counter attendant Location: Hermanus, Western Cape Salary: R 6000 - R 7000 Responsibilities: Greeting customers as they arrive and making them feel welcome. Answering questions about the product, and making note of special requests, if required. Answer the telephone and take messages where required. Maintaining cleanliness standards by keeping the counters, clean. Presenting customers with the bill and processing payments. Complying with company policies. Requirements: Matric certificate or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Working knowledge of promoting, and selling. The ability to process bills and cash registers.
