Currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Person to join the team Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with their inquiries and product needs. Provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers, helping them find the right solutions for their projects. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and invoices. Maintain a clean and organized counter area, restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are well-presented. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. Collaborate with internal teams including warehouse and logistics to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends, providing customers with up-to-date information. Assist with inventory management tasks including stock counts, replenishment, and returns. Qualifications: Previous experience in counter sales or customer service roles, preferably in the electrical industry. Knowledge of electrical products and components, with the ability to provide technical advice and product recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process transactions efficiently. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
