Astral, a leading South African integrated poultry producer, has a Store Supervisor opportunity in County Fair, Processing Plant in Fisantekraal. The purpose of the Store Supervisor is to uphold and maintain the standards required by County Fair and maintain the safety and health standards of the company and comply with occupational health and safety act that is available on site. The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Managing weekly and monthly stock takes Management of stock levels Management of the ERP / Stock system Stock control of packaging, chemicals and PPE Receiving of goods and equipment Issuing of stock Timeous placing of stock orders Maintaining and adhering to the 20 Keys / HACCP / Risk Control systems and apply general housekeeping and safety rules The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Minimum Grade 12 Proven qualification and/or certificates in Stores will be a distinct advantage Previous experience in a similar role is essential Forklift license will be an advantage Excellent administration and problem solving skills Fluent in English and an additional language Basic understanding of the 20 Keys concept is essential Must be proactive and able to work accurately and independently Apply Now
