Mbala Area – Zambia: Our client is looking for a Couple – Farm & Financial Manager to join the team. Due to the remote location of the farm this position would be best suited to a couple with no kids. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Farm Manager Agricultural Diploma/Degree At least 3 years cropping (all aspects) experience – seed potatoes & maize Strong admin and record keeping skills Experience with tractors, harvesters, seeders, sprayers tillage machinery and fertilizer handling equipment Maintenance orientated Ability to lead and work with a team Computer literate Valid driver’s license Finance Manager Grade 12 with a tertiary qualification in Finance / Accounting (Diploma/Degree) 2 years bookkeeping experience relevant to the agricultural sector.
