Creative Executive Assistant with Design Skills Part time: R13 000 per calendar month Full time: R23 000 per calendar month Position Overview: Join our team as a Creative Executive Assistant and play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations while unleashing your creativity. Initially part-time with the potential to evolve into a full-time role, you'll support various administrative tasks, manage schedules, handle emails, and engage with clients. Additionally, your knack for design will be instrumental in editing and enhancing materials using Adobe Suite, ensuring our brand's visual communication is impactful. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management. Handle email correspondences, prioritizing and summarizing important communications. Engage with clients, providing stellar service that aligns with our brand's commitment to creativity and strategic thinking. Use Adobe Suite to edit and enhance marketing materials, presentations, and other design projects, contributing to our visual storytelling efforts. Assist in coordinating projects and maintaining relationships with external partners and suppliers. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to organization. Basic to intermediate proficiency in graphic design with hands-on experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a talent for engaging with clients and team members alike. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
