Credit Controller – Debtors required for a leading company based in Gqeberha Only Vaccinated candidates will be considered for this position Experience & Qualifications ESSENTIAL Minimum 5 years debtors/ clerical experience within the industrial sector Skills ESSENTIAL Syspro System / ERP or similar required Proficient in MS office package Human relations expertise Strong communications skills with good email etiquette Strong listening skills Customer focused and have strong ability to work under pressure Ability to multi task, prioritise, manage time effectively and meet deadlines Duties include but are not limited to the following: Debtors and reconciliation General admin queries – debtors / creditors Stock take – admin and printing of all documentation related to stock take Credit applications – getting all relevant documentations to be completed, Innoxio reports and submit to head office Processing of invoices including loan tools and appro’s Follow up on payments not received Develop relationships with clients Understands customer needs and requirements Handle inbound calls ad provide callers with information required Update customer information and details Customer contract price maintenance Filing Provide internal support to the external sales consultants Assist counter sales General housekeeping EH&S and quality Fleet management – responsible for fuel slips and recons monthly Purchasing card – petty cash Assist business unit manager with tasks when required Any other reasonable related functions Should you wish to apply please email your CV through to Emily Lessing at emilyprofilepersonnel.co.za Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
