Drs Mabasa and D'Andrea Incorporated trading as MD Inc. , is a Cape Town based company of Specialist Emergency Physicians who share a passion for Quality Emergency Care Post: Credit Controller Post Reports to: Credit Control Supervisor Location: Head Office (Ottery, Cape Town) Timely and effective collection of all debts as per Age Analysis Allocation of payments Reconciling of debtors statements Communicate to all debtors on overdue accounts Reporting (extracting information from Age Analysis) To liaise professionally with external/internal stakeholders such as patients, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hospital Staff Competencies Deadline Driven Target Driven High attention to detail Excellent Telephone and Email etiquette Excellent negotiation skills Team Player Takes initiative Ability to handle pressure Grade 12 (non negotiable) Experience in GoodX and Medemass (Elixir Live) system Advantageous 2-3 years experience in a Credit Control role preferred Good knowledge and understanding of Medical Aid guidelines / rules / benefits (advantageous) 3 Month Fixed Term Contract (no extension) Salary to be disclosed to the successful candidate Incentive structure Prospective Employee to start as soon as possible
