JOB OVERVIEW / ROLE PURPOSE: As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for managing and maintaining records for invoices, credit applications or loan contracts to track payments MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications: Financial or Relevant Qualification. Experience & Skills: Minimum of 1 - 2 years working experience in a similar role. Background in Financial / Credit Controller role essential. Duties/Responsibilities: Loading and Reconciliation of General Creditors. Payments Import - setting up of files and uploading them to the bank. Loading and Allocation of Payments made on System. Managing Ad hoc inquiries with Creditors. Daily Consulting with Customers, Consultants and Colleagues. Personal Attributes / Behaviours: Excellent customer service. Good planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Good attention to detail. Ability to work very accurately and efficiently. Ability to work at high volumes.
