About the role

Client is looking for an experienced Credit Data Analyst who:

has strong data analytics capabilities,
pays attention to detail,
delivers work of a high quality,
can process, manipulate, and transform large volumes of data (1million+),
perform extensive analysis on data and produce summary results in a visual format to ultimately tell a story using data.

The successful individual needs to be a team player who works alongside others to identify and or contribute to initiatives leading to company success.

Key Responsibilities

Measure and manage the performance across multiple credit products.
Evaluate and improve business decisions, substantiated by data driven analyses.
Mentoring colleagues.
Creating credit strategies.
Running and improving forecasting simulations.
Reporting back to management around the credit risk status of the business

Requirements

Ǫualification: Mathematical / statistical background e.g. B.Sc. Mathematics / Statistics / Actuarial Science / B.Engineering.

Experience:

5+ years in data analysis / modelling (not only using Excel, but other tools including SǪL

/ SAS): need to be able to work with millions of rows.

Computer Languages: SAS (required) / SǪL (required) / Advanced Excel (required) / Excel VBA (preferencial) / Python (preferencial) / R (preferencial).
