If so, we want to hear from you Job Description:As a Credit Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in this team, responsible for overseeing and managing credit risk activities. Your primary focus will be on Impairment model development (PD, LGD, EAD, and ECL), and you will also have the opportunity to contribute your skills in model validation and audit processes. You will lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, driving excellence and innovation in the field of credit risk.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Impairment models, including Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), Exposure at Default (EAD), and Expected Credit Loss (ECL). Validate and audit Impairment models to ensure their accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of credit risk professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement credit risk strategies and solutions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit risk management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Mathematical, Quantitative, Finance, Economics, or related field). A Master's degree is a plus. Job Experience & Skills Required: 5-8 years of experience in credit risk management. Strong expertise in Impairment model development (PD, LGD, EAD, and ECL). Experience in Impairment model validation and audit is highly beneficial. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
