Job Title: Creditors Clerk Location: Boksburg, Gauteng (Onsite) Type of Employment: Full-Time Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 Depending on Experience Job Description : Manage accounts payable processes including invoice processing, payment authorization, and reconciliation. Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries, negotiate terms, and maintain positive relationships. Track and report expenses related to property management, providing budget analysis and cost-saving recommendations. Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Support property management team with financial data, expense allocation, and tenant inquiries. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, maintain organized documentation, and assist with audits. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting or finance preferred. Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance; property management experience highly desirable. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain high ethical standards.
