Reference: CET003964-MO-1Our client, situated in Centurion, is currently seeking a Creditors Clerk to join their team. They are a manufacturing company and are specifically looking for an individual with basic bookkeeping skills to fill this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate a balance between communicative abilities and a preference for introverted work styles. DutiesAssistance with: Creditors Procurement/Supply Chain Management participation Filing and scanning Tracing of invoices Match delivery notes to goods received notes to orders and update spreadsheets accordingly Assist with payroll administration, updating spreadsheets, data capturing Excel tracking/spreadsheets where required SA related filing – VAT, PAYE, Tax Clearance, IRP5’s etc. Assistance with credit applicatiions Ad hoc admin/bookkeeping tasks ProfileProficiency required in MS Excel and Sage Pastel.Payroll processing experience is preferential.5 years’ experience in similar position.Non-smoker.Residing in/around Centurion (Pretoria). R 16000 - R 20000
