Responsibilities: Reconciling Creditors Account on Pastel Evolution - supplier and sundry Daily recopnciliation of various Credittor Accounts Dealing with Creditor queries - attending to correspondence / telephonic enquiries / incoming / outgoing calls E-mailing and printing of creditor weekly and monthly statements Capturing bank statements in Pastl, and payments and allowcating to correct suppliers Capturing payments into Internet Banking Relief switchboar General administration, filing etc., and general office duties Provide clerical support Accurate transaction provessing Grade 12 essential with Accounts and 1-2 years proven experience Worked on Pastel Accounting - Partner / Evolution, Ms Office - Excel, Word, Outlook Knowledge of: Bank reconciliation and Supplier G/L accounts (up to trial balance) VAT, Journal entires (Dr and Cr) Internet Banking Communicate well in written and verbal English Able to liaise with clients and management R11 000 - no benefits
