Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Creditors Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounts payable processes with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices accurately and efficiently. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and process payments to suppliers. Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Assist with month-end closing procedures. Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects as needed. Qualifications and Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or rental industry. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. R12 000.00 CTC per month.
