A logistics company specializong in handling, Storage, and processing of commodities including non-ferrous and ferrous metals, ferroalloys, project cargo, oil & gas, and other agricultural products. Experience in Shipshape and DAX - Strong knowledge of regulations and accounting standards - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Supervise daily operations of the creditor department, ensuring accurate and timely payments. - Develop and implement accounting policies to maintain compliance with regulations. - Manage departmental budget to optimize cost savings. - Prepare monthly and annual reports for management. - Participate in annual audit preparations. - Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies. - Maintain and reconcile creditor ledgers for accurate payments. - Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders. Customer Service Duties: - Handle vendor correspondence via phone or email. - Resolve inquiries concerning account status. - Assist with annual audits. - Monitor accounts for discrepancies. Qualifications: - Minimum Matric - At least 3 years of related experience - Degree, Diploma or Higher Certificate in Finance and/or Accounting - Excellence in Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office - Experience in Shipshape and DAX R 45 000 to R 50 000
