CRM & Sales Administrator - Cape Town City Centre

Having experience working within CRM software and data analytics tools (Microsoft BI), you will be responsible to electronically search, record and distribute leads from various platforms and administering and maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM, generate pipeline/sales reports, showcasing excellent data analytic capabilities Key Accountabilities/ Principal Responsibilities CRM Administration & Support Maintain data quality within the CRM system by cleansing, de-duping, and enriching data on a regular basis Configure the CRM system to meet the specific needs of users, including customizing fields, workflows, objects, and page layouts Stay up-to-date on CRM best practices and new features/functionality to ensure that the system is being used to its full potential Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Subsidiaries) to understand their needs and ensure that the CRM system meets their requirements Serve as the point of contact for CRM-related issues, working with the CRM and other support vendors to attend to any technical enhancements and problems Import and export data from the CRM system as needed Perform regular backups of CRM data Develop and implement processes and procedures for managing CRM data Keep abreast of new CRM technologies and developments Sales Administration Source leads from various databases and distribute for tender purposes Coordinate and migrate API/Microsoft BI generated leads into the CRM Administer the Info box of the company and distribute leads and Support Sales Executives Support and training to Subsidiary CRM users Minute taking – preparation and distribution Data and Trend Monitoring Monitor CRM usage metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Create dashboards for Data Visualizations Administer and disseminate business leads through API/Microsoft BI platforms for lead generation purposes Reporting Generate various sales activity reports - fortnightly, monthly and bi-annual summations Key Skills and Experience Statistical knowledge Creating data visualizations Creating dashboards and reports Writing and communication Domain Knowledge Problem solving Experience with data cleaning, analysis exploration, and reporting Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Must have Advance Excel skills Microsoft Power BI skills Minimum Qualifications : Grade 12 A tertiary qualification in computer science will be a distinct advantage Microsoft Power BI Approximately 2 - 4 years CRM (Maximiser) administration experience People and Management Skills Positive outlook with a can-do energy and attitude A proven ability to oversee and implement sales endeavors Build solid relationships with internal customers and stakeholders Professional and a team-player Creativity and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and quality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with the use of modern technology Additional responsibilities and skills Assist the Marketing Coordinator complete and submit database registration and other Admin support as and when required As a proudly South African brand, AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd will consider our commitment to transformation and employment equity goals for this position.
