CRM Marketing Manager - Cape Town Region

You will join the lelive marketing team responsible for scaling the business by developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies to optimise customer engagement and retention and increase revenue from our website. Lelive was founded by Amanda Du Pont in 2021 and is one of the fastest-growing skincare brands in South Africa. The range has been formulated from clean and sustainably sourced African botanics and scientific actives that work together to give clear and glowing skin. The products are available in all SA major retailers, such as Sorbet, Woolworths, Foschini, Wellness Warehouse, Takealot, and Superbalist, as well as on leliveafrica.com. The brand has plans now to launch globally and represent South Africa on the world stage. The role: Development and implementation of the CRM strategies across email, website and other supportive channels to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention Analyse users' data and behaviour to identify opportunities for personalised communication and targeted campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM into the business objective Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, A/B testing and performance analysis Conceptualise and develop personalised automated email marketing journeys Own A/B testing roadmap of the website experiments to optimise the CR and improve email campaign performance Develop strategy and collaborate with the development team on creating lelive’s loyalty program Requirements Passion for skincare and beauty Min 2 years of professional experience and proficiency with website, automation tools and email marketing platforms. Experience with Shopify is a plus. Ability to run a/b experiments in email and on the website Knowledge of customer segmentation and journey mapping Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights Excellent communication and writing skills. Familiar with data privacy regulations.
