CRM Sales Representatives - Gauteng
PRBB Pty Ltd is seeking Enthusiastic, energetic and professional CRM Sales Representatives with a passion for Sales. You will be based at our Factory in Donkerhoek with a key focus on outbound cold calling and appointment setting in the Transportation Industry. Purpose To contribute in generating sales leads which will lead to orders and Sales for the Company. Key Responsibilities • Research, canvas and continuously build a substantial lead database to maintain the flow of qualified leads into the business. • Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records (CRM Manager System). • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity goals. • Persuasively engage and assist the customer in conversation about Company products. • Customer care calls and regular repetitious follow-ups. • Intercept and respond to customer feedback or concerns with products and seek resolution by adhering to company policies. • Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs. • Focus on bringing forward the customer’s purchase decision. • Set appointments for experienced Sales Representatives and Management to attend with potential customers. • Continuously provide meaningful market intelligence and customer insight to Management. Requirements • Must have Matric. • Prior sales experience will be beneficial. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Must have attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. • Maintain confidentiality.
