Areas of Focus Braze CRM platform utilisation (email and in APP comm) Customer data management Loyalty program Duties Support Digital Manager in establishing and driving loyalty program Create and deploy customer journeys Customer Journey performance monitoring and reporting Grow direct marketing engagement Drive foot traffic Enhance brand positioning and awareness Grow loyalty membership base Drive APP download acquisition Customer retention Data cleanup (unsubscribe management) 3rd party vendor management Qualification- Marketing or Business Admin diploma or Degree Experience: 3-4 years of CRM experience Understanding of data analytics Experience briefing data teams Provident Fund Medical Aid Medical Insurance
