Join MSC Cruises as a Cruise Staff Manager to supervise and manage the entertainment program and activities of the Entertainment team for the enjoyment of Guests. Responsibility: Develops and brings to life entertainment and entertainment program with the objective of providing high class and continuous ambient entertainment and Passenger involvement throughout the Cruise. Motivates, trains and coaches the Entertainment Team. Provides the forthcoming cruise entertainment program for approval of the Cruise Director. Demonstrates ability to entertain, communicate and socialize with persons of all ages and backgrounds. Requirements: Proven experience and expertise as a Cruise Staff/Waterpark Cruise Staff Manager in a similar working environment at sea or ashore at least 2 years. Arts Degree/Diploma advantageous. Ability to communicate fluently in English and in at least 2 European Languages such as, Italian, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese. Successful background as a presenter (on stage or visual media) Wide knowledge of indoor & outdoor sports and games as applied to the Cruise Industry. Proven training experience of subordinates. Ability to work in a team environment.
