Your responsibilities will be the following:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial machinery market.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Conduct market research and collaborate with marketing.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand product specifications.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

Skills

5 10 years in industrial machinery, including brick making machines, forklifts, loaders, TLBs, and generators
Proven sales management experience in industrial machinery sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of industrial machinery products.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
