Job Objective:
Our client is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator for an automotive company who will work closely with the Aftersales and Customer Care team to ensure the daily effectiveness of the overall department. The candidate will thus, be a key member of the Company's Aftersales team in ensuring that key outputs are delivered effectively and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will assist the Customer Relations Manager in all areas of customer care elements and activities. They will need a creative skillset that enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
Ultimately, the candidate will ensure that their area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to the company's success in the long run.
