Minimum Requirements:- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Computer Literacy MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the call centre/customer care environment.
- Experience in an insurance or related industry beneficial.
- Emergency Assistance (Rodside Assist, Household Assist, Medical Assist etc.) experience beneficial.
Applicants MUST be willing to work the following shifts on a rotational basis including Weekends and Public Holidays:- 3 Days: 07:00 19:00;
- 3 Days: off;
- 3 Days: 07:00 19:00;
- 3 Days: off;
- 3 Days: 07:00 19:00;
- 3 Days: off;
- 3 Nights: 19:00 07:00;
- 3 Days: off.
