Key responsibilities
Monitor all customer care communication on WhatsApp group's to ensure that you are fully aware of deliverables and expectations
Effective communication in ensuring that all requests to customer care are replied to in a timely manner with feedback in terms of next steps
Arrange the drivers for pickups-public transport clients coming form outside destinations
Advise the client on the customer service survey process
Open file and accurately complete FICA administration and insurance
Daily reports: Natis, comeback, vehicle condition and loyalty reports
