Key responsibilities
  • Monitor all customer care communication on WhatsApp group's to ensure that you are fully aware of deliverables and expectations
  • Effective communication in ensuring that all requests to customer care are replied to in a timely manner with feedback in terms of next steps
  • Arrange the drivers for pickups-public transport clients coming form outside destinations
  • Advise the client on the customer service survey process
  • Open file and accurately complete FICA administration and insurance
  • Daily reports: Natis, comeback, vehicle condition and loyalty reports
