Client Care Administrator / Portfolio Manager Centurion Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm R15,000 – R18,000 depending on experience Overview: Our client, a leading tutoring company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Customer Care Administrator, also known as a Portfolio Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and managing their tutoring portfolios effectively. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate tutor assignments and match tutors with clients based on their specific requirements and preferences, utilizing information prepared by consultants. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tutors, and internal team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, provide support, and gather feedback to improve our services. Meet monthly KPIs as set by management, including client satisfaction metrics and portfolio management goals. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure an adequate supply of qualified tutors to meet client demands. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 certificate. Proven experience in customer service or client care for at least 2/3 years Eloquent / well spoken Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software and A.I. Tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of tutoring services and educational trends is advantageous.
