Duties:Deal with external and internal enquiries, provide feedback and find permanent solutions. These include:
- Registration related enquiries
- CRM Logging System and Telephonic enquiries
- Product and general information / enquiries
- Assist with enquiries online i.e. Products, Specials, Availability, Price etc.
- Obtain Information from relevant departments to resolve/ provide feedback on enquiries
- Log all enquiries received internally and externally
- Required to work after hours / weekends when necessary
- Type draft correspondence and general typing
- Keep necessary records and do filing
- Assist with reception when assistance is needed
- Assist Sales & CRM whenever the contribution is needed to achieve the common objective
Requirements:- Grade 12 qualification is a prerequisite
- Any relevant Customer Service Experience will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent Written and Oral Communications Skills (both English and Afrikaans)
- Ability to work with and manage different types of personalities to get the right results
- A professional phone presence
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
- Excellent organisational skills and professional work approach
- Ability to communicate and screen effectively over the phone and to speak clearly
- Ability to deal with people tactfully and to listen effectively
- Excellent computer skills on office administrative packages (MS Office)
- Ability to work under pressure and to multitask
- Valid drivers license
