Responsible for monitoring and ensuring a smooth delivery process on behalf of City Logistics Customer ensuring Customer satisfaction. Customer Service Planning Co-ordination of deliveries between client and delivery points Following up on customer shipments until delivered KPI measurement and reporting for customers Providing quality customer service to our clients Compile and Manage CSD Reports Arrange collections for customer Claims investigations Ensuring all reports are done. Grade 12 A customer service related qualification would be an added advantage Knowledge and previous experience working in Customer Service with at least 1 year working in the logistics industry Knowledge in Operations Planning Good working experience with and knowledge of CSD software Good Excel skills
