Customer Service (12 Month Contract) - - Johannesburg

We have a 12-month contract available for an adaptable action orientated, highly motivated, individual with strong cold calling and customer service experience to join our international online driver platform client in Johannesburg. Individual must be comfortable with travelling every 3 weeks for a 2 day trip. they will be working 4 days a week at the office and 1 day from home. must have a valid driver's license. Comfortable with pitching solutions have 1 on 1 sessions with the drivers. assist drivers with prospecting and maximizing their hours. looking for a strong data analytical and solutions driven candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. must be strategic. Positive attitude and drive excellent English communication as you will be dealing with various stakeholder. must have the ability to do proper market research in order to make the client standout from their other competitors. they must be able to come up with a plan or strategy to find an onboard fleet partners for upcoming launches.
